This app is very poorly designed and it just leads you to scams all I wanted to know is the timetable of the ferries so I clicked on the app the button that leads me to the timetable but then it took me a to a website that had no timetables and also I it kept on asking me if I wanted to buy a private cruise

This app is absolute rubbish. Do not bother with it—you will pay for rides the app will make very difficult to redeem. Now to figure out how to get a refund from the terrible customer service at Captain Cook.
Can’t log in
So over this app logging me out and when trying to log back in, won’t allow. Then getting no help from Captain Cook Cruises. They need to sort out the bugs regularly.
Can’t login
App is stuck in a continual loop where it says to check my username and password. I’ve tried to reset my password, same problem. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall the app. Same problem. I’ve tried two different email addresses. Same problem. Very frustrating.
Why no timetable in the app?
