Needs update
The app is definitely beneficial and has its place. But could definitely use some upgrading. Simple little things like more integration with other applications such as go high level. Being able to complete messages without having to transfer it to a different user. Or having to make a comment on the post before you can complete. Maybe the ability to mark things as a priority or urgent

Do Not Purchase This App
Very bad. Esp do not use for business. They try to scam you to pay more money “to add an automation to automatically add you to your customers conversations in one go”.

Can we be able to delete conversations from the inbox? Why aren’t you able to only see the people your scheduled to talk too? Why do I get calls and messages from customers I haven’t spoke too since last year ? Why aren’t you able to exit out of a conversation after being on a call ? Please update more then once every 10 years

Forced to use this outdated app everyday for work and have no clue why It’s so hard to use constantly having to close the app and open it again to make basic calls needs a serious update it’s frustrating spending 10 mins to call 3 people cause you have to do all this searching and clicking and always freezes randomly
