Renter beware. Charged tolls & speeding fines years after terminating subscription
The service was great while the vehicle subscription was active. However, after I terminated my subscription, I continue to get charged tolls and speeding fines years after the subscription ended. It’s nearly impossible to get my account deleted. Maybe look somewhere else to rent.
Good app but not car subscription
Good app, but misleading. They don’t offer car subscription or leasing. It’s just long term rental. To be fair They are not the only ones, all their competitors make the same false claim, which is very odd. There is no leasing or car subscription in dubai. It’s all just long term rental.
Bad experience
We rented a car. It was supposed to be delivered between 2pm- 6pm. He arrives at 8:30 pm.
The driver and his colleague were very rude. He was upset because we were taking pictures of the car body (Scratches & Damages). The car was absolutely dirty inside and outside (stain on the back seat). he was videoing us as Arabic Muslim female which is against the law. He was standing very close to my body. He made me sign, pulled the key from the car and he ripped the contract.
His colleague told him to take the car and go.
He was very aggressive and physical and this is considered sexual harassment.
He took the car and left.
Absolutely not professional services. So we paid for one month rent in advance and we didn't receive the car and took our money! What kind of service is that?

The app not working at all when i want to enter the code I received by mail it will give me always massage” the code not valid ? Or the code expired
Horrible first time experience
I rarely ever give such a bad rating, but they gave me a horrible first time experience. Ruined my day and my vacation. They gave multiple commitments on time and broke every one of them.

Terrible
I asked for them to deliver my car at 4 PM. The representative said that would not be a problem. 4 o’clock rolls around, 5 o’clock rolls around, no car. Then I get a call at 10:30 while I’m working and they tell me that they are out of the drop off point. So, that’s five hours of waiting. The driver went back to the rental area. Then, a man calls me the next day and tells me that I can go pick up the car myself at one of their installations. I told him I’m not doing that because it was his fault that it did not get delivered to me on time and that they told me they could deliver it to me at that time. He claims that they didn’t deliver it because of Ramadan hours, I said that they should not have agreed to that if they could not honor it.
I then asked for a refund. I will not be doing business with these people ever again and I don’t recommend you do either if you like businessmen who honor their word and don’t expect their clients to do work that they promised to do themselves.

Worst service
Very bad company, they never deliver on their promises and all you get is sorrys from their customer service. Weird charges appear out of nowhere, and if you subscribe to a car most probably you are getting it delayed, not the same color, or with extra charges. Does not recommend it to anyone

Bugs in App and Bad Service
It it was 2010 it would be been okay to have this interface but Roadside for flat tyre was not included and they asked for 150

Car rental
I returned from visiting home and needed to setup my usual monthly rental. I had before used self drive but their communication horrible and couldn’t reply or deliver me a car this time. After trying a few other places I came across Carasti and even though they also had a shortage in vehicles, they provided great service and gave me another option that worked out. Gladys called me and replied to all of my messages with quick and efficient service. She provided the best customer service of all the car rentals I have dealt with.

This was the best customer service experience I’ve had in dubai. Professional and experience staff. Alejandra helped me and walked me through the process with much patience and kindness. Even though I had some challenges in renting the car, they overcame all obstacles and made it happen for me. I recommend them 100%.

Unreliable
First car shows up with tire pressure light on, exchanged for a second car which now after two weeks doesn’t even start. Shocking for cars that have 20K km and are from 2020.

Amazing Experieng and great support
Needed to rent a car for Ramadan whilst visiting my family in Abu Dhabi, ended up subscribing to a mini lease with Carasti for 12 months. I originally only wanted a rental car for a month, however I did the math & have now sold my car because a Carasti subscription is cheaper than my usual car maintenance costs. Perks of the subscription also include insurance / 24 hour road side assitance / warranty - so I'd definitely recommend Carasti as an alternative to owing a car.
