Reward Program
I love the point earnings, but I don’t like how difficult the reward selection has become. They eliminated the transfer to another member and I live more than 300 miles from a Speedway. The world of technology should make an electronic transaction very secure and easy.

I found this card to be a poor choice,,, originally I asked how to build credit since I never had any so started with a 300 dollar secured (which is still my limit 5-6 years later). It served its purpose as a first credit card ,,,, they did eventually after I requested refund my 300 and left it at a 300 dollar limit. I’ve requested higher but no was their answer. Flagstar bank is useless as far as customer service with this card which I expected since they sold it to me. All in all it’s a letdown, limit so low it’s unusable,,, and the flagstar name and going thru a reputable source like my bank was zero advantage. I keep the card because they say don’t close your oldest card….. but id highly recommend to anyone I care about to go a different route.

I applied for the FNBO credit card in order to get discounts at the BP Amoco station near my home. It has turned out to be the only card that I carry now. I specifically appreciate their email notices of every purchase that I make, which is allowed me to catch three separate unauthorized charges over the last several months.
The app is particularly useful and allows. A very easy procedure to set up payments or to make a payment spontaneously. I like everything about this card.

I need to call into technical services to sign into my account. It’s just truly technology that is not very advanced. It keeps telling me my password is wrong.
Stop sending convenience checks!
I get these checks in the mail all the time that someone could just reach in my mailbox and steal, then use the full balance of my credit card. Major security risk! If it happens again I will close my card.
Functional but that’s it
It works, very calculator-looking and not exactly brand new user friendly, but it works. Very unappealing layout and no color scheme.
