Fine but why only one payment account?
Really wish you could add more than one bank account to pay your bill each month. I really dislike that I have to re-enter account information every time I want to pay from a different bank!

The customer service department is terrible. They can’t understand you and you can’t understand them. Took almost 2 months for me to get a balance transfer completed. One agent told me one thing and another told me something different. Absolutely ridiculous!
