Calling me but u Dont!!!
I have had my card for over a year w/your co and guess i get going good and i have to sign in again which has never happened before and U want me do a Verification No but U havent even sent out a Text or a call!! So what is up?????

I wish I had it turned on when I got burned yesterday for $2300. I shut it off. So when they started deducting money out of my checking, I put a freeze on it called my bank. 15 transactions was made they stop five.
So make a long story short if I had it on. I wouldn’t be sending this. Thanks for reading this.

Keeps saying username invalid
I haven’t had issues with this app until today, every now and then I logs me out of my account, and now when I put my username in it keeps saying username invalid when I know my username, please fix this

Bank made us switch to this apps, says the card isn’t recognized, app doesn’t even work, previous app was way better
Out of Range
Everytime I go in to put in my location controls the Location that comes up is Dallas Texas! So when put my location controls n go to the placei need to be the card declines me or it says out of location! Um i dont know about your service I really dont like this card!! I’m always being declined because I’m out of Locational Service!

Another garbage app
Randomly logs you out and won’t let you log in. Why my bank continues to use the compiled trash I have no idea. Almost worth closing my account and going to another bank at this point.

Don’t believe the good ratings because the app doesn’t work correctly. It doesn’t notify you right away and there’s no sounds. It’s a down step from the previous app. Fix the app or switch back to the old one!

Then got even worse requiring a security check of no proxy on WiFi, but always gives the error even after correcting the settings.

App works great but
If you are logged out the app for longer than an hour the facial recognition no longer works! You have to enter your password.

The app is an upgrade from my previous app. It does so much more and immediately alerts me when my card is used.

I had Location set to ‘Stores Nearby/Near Me’ and my purchase kept being declined, stating I wasn’t in the area.
