Can’t get it
This app has my old phone number and it keeps sending a verification code to the old number. I can’t access the app and it doesn’t provide and option to send the code to an email. I called my bank and they referred me back to Card Suite Lite and the bank does not have a support phone number for the app. I tried googling and found nothing for support contact information. I just need help updating my number so I can access my account.

Fraud
I wish I had it turned on when I got burned yesterday for $2300. I shut it off. So when they started deducting money out of my checking, I put a freeze on it called my bank. 15 transactions was made they stop five.
So make a long story short if I had it on. I wouldn’t be sending this. Thanks for reading this.

Take too long to update. That’s my only problem with it.

Another garbage app
Randomly logs you out and won’t let you log in. Why my bank continues to use the compiled trash I have no idea. Almost worth closing my account and going to another bank at this point.
Zero stars
Don’t believe the good ratings because the app doesn’t work correctly. It doesn’t notify you right away and there’s no sounds. It’s a down step from the previous app. Fix the app or switch back to the old one!
Awful just awful
Downloaded the app and nothing but problems with declining my payments to my creditors
Went to bank and had it closed
According to support it had a glitch
Really?

NON-FUNCTIONAL
Initially would not open with Face ID, asked for password then checked Face ID. Was fixed for a few days then went back to requiring login and pw before checking Face ID every time. Then got even worse requiring a security check of no proxy on WiFi, but always gives the error even after correcting the settings.
Worst experience for a bank app I have ever experienced!!!!!

App works great but
If you are logged out the app for longer than an hour the facial recognition no longer works! You have to enter your password.
Five Stars
The app is an upgrade from my previous app. It does so much more and immediately alerts me when my card is used.
Simple
Easy to set up
Location Option
I had Location set to ‘Stores Nearby/Near Me’ and my purchase kept being declined, stating I wasn’t in the area.
