Many Problems with ap

I have many problems with this app. I am an RN and have notified customer service repeatedly and can’t get anything resolved. I spent HOURS getting this app ready for use. I paid extra for ALL the different parts like biannual membership, background check, and motor vehicle background check. I also got several clients to write me a reference for the app, but then suddenly you closed my account and kept my money. The way things stand right now is I’m waiting AGAIN for you to call me back. I’m a registered nurse and did not do anything inappropriate.

Applications disappear or don’t get sent in

I will keep track of how many I apply to by screenshot but then when I look at my messages to see what I sent over for half of the applications are missing or sometimes only three were sent

Flaw

There is a flaw in families being able to see ALL applications that get submitted to their job posting.

Care.com app, is a great app to find wonderful families to work for, part time, full time, and in between. I recommend Care.com, to many family members, to strangers I meet on the streets.If you enjoy assisting others in any type of Health assistance, then Care.com is for you. Thank U
