Ridiculous to have to pay to join
Seems to have good options to choose from, however, you’re required to pay a monthly fee to join. Not a good business model if you just need a caregiver for short term. They need to make this free and then charge caregivers a fee to have a booking
Too expensive and can’t pay hires through app.
Not worth it. $188.02 for paying for unlimited “enhanced” background and MVR checks. On top of the annual or monthly rates they charge just so you can message potential caregivers that don’t have reviews because they themselves don’t even know how to use the app.

This company is a scam
If I could give it zero stars, I would. I called multiple times to cancel my membership and each time I was told that I would receive a callback from a manager. I never did. The app itself is extremely challenging to use and very glitchy. Do not waste your money or your time. You will not receive a refund no matter how hard you try totally a scam.
