Never deal with them again

After an error from their app they make you pay twice and then they dont accept to give you back your payment

Bug and technical issue

I recently signed into a used Careem but I am not able to proceed because the keyboard doesn’t show when I enter the app I also can’t click help support or app support so there is some issues going on with the application. I also recently updated it and it still shows the same problem
