Slow to share
I’m finding if pictures are uploaded or messages posted it is very slow to share (30seconds to a minute) and if there are multiple pictures I’m not wasting my time waiting to view them. This creates problems as information is missed because of how slow the app is

I find it very easy to use and contain all the clients that I support.
Logging on.
I do wish that once I have logged on to work with a client that it stays logged on until the end of shift. The app logs off after a period of time and I have to log on a few times each shift. Otherwise the app is user friendly.

Good app that could be better
Great app, easy to navigate but the signing in every hour is annoying, not sure why it can’t remember the password or use face report codes. Would also be helpful if we could send a private metro others we work with through the app and not just the whole group.
