Ease of Use
Got in a bind and needed to find a car quickly. Very nice system. Only complaint is the reviews aren’t really used enough, that’s not car gurus fault through. Sometimes it gets overloaded when you go to saved cars but it’s understandable and does not hinder much.

I dont want to ship my purchase
I love the app I just can't stand the fact that every time you do a search it automatically shows your vehicles that are shipped from across the country. Every single time you have to uncheck that selection it forces you to see vehicles that are out of the state thousands of miles away I'm not gonna purchase a vehicle site unseen I'm not gonna purchase a vehicle I can't test drive this app would be a 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for them constantly forcing you to view this and having to uncheck the option for delivery vehicles with every single search

Tried to contact carguru, your tier 1 folks don’t know what to do with the information. If you want to improve please contact me again.
As a buyer having an app with dealers or sellers who are transparent is essential. On CarGurus the dealerships regularly hide a number of items. On the price many have hidden charges which are often labeled as removable options once you get to see the car. Overall Autotrader has better filters and allows for a higher quality search for buyers .
