Constant Errors
The app used to be reliable but now all it does is buffer and give error messages. You can’t do anything on the app anymore.
Great Airline, Awful App
Awful and difficult to navigate for no reason. Please take some cues from the apps of other airlines. This might be the least intuitive app I’ve ever used.

No User Profile Database
Each time I need to buy a ticket for my family, I have to enter everyones full information. I’m not sure why CA doesn’t allow user profiles to store information for multiple users in their database. I can’t sign into the app, which means I need to enter all details, it doesn’t automatically pull in my bookings, it needs to be added manually for every flight. The app leaves a lot to be desired. Booking from the app takes too long. Compared to JetBlue’s app, which I can book the same flight for my family in less than 5 minutes because I can store my details and those flying with me, as well as CC info.

Weird check-in field layout
I have entered my US passport information and it’s still asking me for a green card number when I’m trying to check in, so it’s not allowing me to check in.
This is pathetic
Truth be told how could Caribbean release such a piss poor app. It has almost 0 functionality and really is more a hindrance to managing your flights as it is an asset. The day BW goes solely digital boarding pass only we’re screwed.

I am taking this time to write this long overdue review because of my pleasure traveling with this airline recently. My two sons and travelled on flight BW526 on the 25th December 2021. Being that it was Christmas Day and all the requirements for traveling internationally due to Corvid,, I was having a horrible and stressful day but being aboard that flight with the hospitality and compassion I got from the staff,, they made my day. I was on edge and if I was spoken to or treated in the slightest offensive way being that I was having the worst day and already on edge ,, they made my day. I was even surprised by being selected to receive their token of appreciation to the passengers and they won’t begin to know they brightened my day. Thank you 😊 to the staff of Caribbean airlines flight BW 526 on the 25th December 2021.

Flight refund
Had booked a flight in February of 2021. The airline had some issues and agreed to a refund. Its almost October 2021. And i still haven’t got my refund.
Can’t book without error message
Version 2.5.0 prevents booking due to “critical errors.” Get this fixed please!
App does not mange multiple reservations
The biggest pain point of this App for me is it does not allow users to add multiple reservations. If I have three upcoming reservations, I am only able to add the most current one and I’m forced to retain my other two reservation details elsewhere. This defeats a major purpose of the app for me.

Issues with entering your frequent flyer number.
There is a problem with the field. You must enter an additional digit then move to the next step, go back and delete the last extra digit in order for it to work.

Everything works fine. I was able to edit my profile, filling in everything and save. One thing I noticed it that when putting in your birth date, start with the year first the month then day. If you start with the day it just goes back to the present date.

Can't setup profile on iPhone
App might have promise but first you need to fix the fact that I can't access the profile in the top left of screen. It is under the time. As for the pancake menu on the right, can't access that either since it is under the battery symbol. Come on guys, do better....
Does not show point balance
App looks OK but I can’t find the point balance. Please make this front and center on the next upgrade please
