Poor customer support
I cancelled the service and deleted the app and they still tried to bill my account which my credit card provider appropriately flagged as fraud. But now I have to get all new bank cards. Not worth the pain or the money.
Watch out
If you decide to subscribe to this be careful because they’ll continue to charge your credit card until you cancel. I apparently subscribed and they’ve been charging me for the last year, even though I haven’t even been in the app. They do not show any renewal emails or give you a heads up that it’s coming they just silently charge your credit card. Scammers

I did not agree to any plans they kept taking money from my account! Emailed them to say I have not subscribed and want a refund- I did not even used the app at all! They have taken hundreds of pounds from my bank! Awful! Awful! Awful!
SCAM do not purchase
If I could give -5 stars I would. Signed up to a one month deal, have never accessed or used the app yet it would appear they have automatically added a Mindway app, I’ve tried to access but password reset hasn’t worked to date and I have received a charge of £176 auto renewal for the app which I have contacted them about the same day to dispute but they are hiding behind an internal policy of no refunds *****DO NOT BUY*****

This app is difficult to cancel, I’ve had 5months of billing with no success on cancellation using both direct request and RocketMoney cancellation process.

I expected higher end help and more direction. What I got was garbage recipes I could find for free. I immediately cancelled my membership in feb after download, only to discover in June that they were STILL CHARGING ME!!!! I emailed customer service to ask for my money back and was told “sorry we can’t give you your money.” This is a complete scam. Stay away. There are tons of free apps out there that do a better job. Even a simple google search will produce better results. RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!!

Your payment process is a joke. I have just been billed 25 pound. And I cannot cancel until I send an email. If you want to become a recognized brand. You should offer the choice for customers to come and go as they please

Waste of Money
Makes it hard to cancel the subscription if signed up via website as the app does not make it clear. If you didn’t cancel you will be charged an exorbitant fee automatically for renewing. The choices in the app did not suit my diet as well despite making it clear I did not eat certain foods the app kept suggesting those. Absolute waste of money- not recommended.
