Don’t do it! Save yourself!
I expected higher end help and more direction. What I got was garbage recipes I could find for free. I immediately cancelled my membership in feb after download, only to discover in June that they were STILL CHARGING ME!!!! I emailed customer service to ask for my money back and was told “sorry we can’t give you your money.” This is a complete scam. Stay away. There are tons of free apps out there that do a better job. Even a simple google search will produce better results. RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!!

Your payment process is a joke. I have just been billed 25 pound. And I cannot cancel until I send an email. If you want to become a recognized brand. You should offer the choice for customers to come and go as they please

Waste of Money
Makes it hard to cancel the subscription if signed up via website as the app does not make it clear. If you didn’t cancel you will be charged an exorbitant fee automatically for renewing. The choices in the app did not suit my diet as well despite making it clear I did not eat certain foods the app kept suggesting those. Absolute waste of money- not recommended.

Do not trust
I paid for a 3 month subscription which ended in February. Randomly 3 months later I have been charged for an extra 3 months and have been refused a refund . Scammers

Terrible !
I paid for 6 months of coaching and 6 months of the service. Never received coaching and they cut off my service after 28 days. After 11 emails I got zero responses. Now I have to deal with claiming this as fraud on my card. These people are terrible. Great plan and the worst service and IT I’ve ever seen. Wish them nothing but the best and if I had time I would sue them !!

Great disappointment.
This is definitely a scam. I wanted to try the free trial offer and downloaded the app, and £11.99 was deducted from my account. I received no notification or anything from the app, I didn't even use it, it's a terrible app anyway. And the other day, another £24.47 was deducted from my account. I contacted customer service, they asked for a photo of the transaction, I sent it. I explained everything clearly, and they just said they would cancel the membership and couldn't refund the money. This is a huge injustice.

Big scammers
If there is a way to give them no stars, I would. I checked it, stupidly gave them my card and cancelled before the free trial was even done. But still they took the monthly fees from my credit card and a yearly fee of $318 out of my account without any notification or receipts sent to me. If you sign up with them, you just know that you don’t have access to your account or payment info and rely on them to make sure it’s cancelled and stopped (which may or may not happen). And for all you know you may sign up for something and won’t even tell you. Complete frauds

Very bad experience. I do not recommend it at all. They are thieves. I paid for one month, and they kept charging me for more months as if I had signed up for a subscription, which they never clearly tell you about or explain how much you will be paying. You think you are only paying for one month to try it and see how it goes. On top of that, it offers the same thing that any free AI can do without paying. They are misleading and dishonest. I do not recommend it at all.

Beware this app will charge you renewal fees even after canceling. They make it very difficult to get your money back.

Do not deal with this company. I took on the app for a one off payment for a fixed period.Realised it was not what I wanted and deleted it. Only to find I have been charged £42 every three months (for 15 months). The subscription does not show in my Apple account so I was completely unaware. Carnimeat refusing to refund me. This is clearly designed to take vulnerable peoples money. Leave well alone.

By far one of the biggest scams out there. Fine print masters and manage to charge people without realizing it. Watch your bank account. This company is after it ALL!!
