Fantastic app and training / nutrition
Just completed 10 weeks with Caroline and my results are amazing!! The food has been the best I’ve ever had on a plan and the training is so good! I’ve never felt so strong both mentally and physically and have just signed up for another 10 weeks!

Pricing seems strange
Does it really cost $999.99 just to use the app for a month?

Be aware of this scammer, she will start taking money from your bank account and there is no option for canceling the payments.
Not worth it
I’ll explain my experience and let y’all decide what matters most. I work out consistently and wanted a workout plan and meal plan to further refine my physique a bit. At first, it was good - workouts were explained fairly well and the meals showed me what I was doing wrong with my prior meal plan. Fast forward, every week is the same workout and every week is the same meals just in a different order. No joke, the same thing. I was looking for more than that for $50 a month and thought there’d be a bit more thought into this plan than there was. Additionally, my one month subscription auto renewed which was a shock. I had checked my Subscriptions on my phone where all other apps have that information - nothing. I went into my Payments section of the app for a renewal notice - nothing. And I didn’t receive any email or app reminders that this may happen which usually apps do that to better serve the customer. Apparently it’s somewhere in a legal disclaimer but watch out, it’ll catch you. You have to email them (no phone number) to not renew so be very careful. I’m bummed I’m out $50 for another month I didn’t want and I’m sure the same workouts and meals all over again for a month.

Overpriced and boring
Meals are very repetitive, exercise not explained properly.. there are many better options for better price from other fitness coaches. Don’t waist you money. Requesting refund from my bank
