This app is broken & needs fixed ASAP
The app no longer shows my Season Passes & when I try to look them up it gives me an internal server error, same as the new Six Flags app that everything is supposed to. I just want to get my passes in my Apple wallet before the new year because I don’t trust that the apps will be working.
New update bricks the map feature
You cannot move about in the map when navigating, so you have to literally turn your phone around as you walk if you want it to actually show you which direction to walk (like physically spinning your phone in your hand). Additionally, they messed up the food pass tags, so now only one place shows as part of the food pass, which simply isn’t true. Please please fix the map. It was never user friendly, but at least it used to kinda work before this forced update.

Repeated glitches with passes and renewals
We love Carowinds, but their app has been terrible for accessing and renewing annual passes.
First we could not load Carowinds passes into Cedar Point’s app. Then I could not reload passes back into the Carowinds app. Now we cannot renew annual passes (with a promotion expiring) due to some new glitch on the last payment page.
Just brutally bad server problems.

Horrible and getting worse
Tried using in the park last Saturday. The find my car would not work and was useless. Trying to find something on the map was a nightmare. And for the past week or so after using it on my iPhone, the only way to close it is to reboot my iPhone. Otherwise the blue icon in the top left corner of my phone stays active and appears to be draining my battery. Also no longer Cedar Fair but is now Six Flags

Horrible upgrade
The latest app upgrade is absolutely awful. It lost all season passes and then was unable to reload them after the information was provided by customer service at Carowinds. Dozens of unsuccessful attempts to reload season passes kept generating “Internal Server Error” messages.

Love the new App!
I have been a long time Carowinds fan. I was thrilled when I saw they updated the entire Carowinds app. It looks great, is extremely easy to use to find wait times, order food and store my tickets. Keep up the great work!
App update deleted season pass
App update did not transfer season pass to current version. The pass screen is grey and blank.

Branding means nothing without qualify.
As much as we are nickeled & dimed you’d think the least a company of this stature could do is afford a competent app developer / product. Was it not tested before it was rolled out? This time (it’s not the 1st glitchy update) the update is stick in an update loop. This translates poorly and begs to question what other quality lapses should we be wary off? Very disappointed, as are the children who are seeing these quality of service lapse as well.

Not working
App does not work. Since “bug fix” update, have tried updating and then deleting and redownloading but can’t get past the page saying I need to update the app.

App is unusable. It says an update is needed to use it but it’s the latest version from the App Store

App doesn’t work-keeps telling users to update to latest version. Reinstall, phone reboot, nothing helps.

Since I’ve upgraded the app, when I open the app it prompts me to upgrade the app.
Nothing but errors!
I keep trying to add our season passes to the app since we were told there are no more physical cards but we just keep getting internal server errors

No longer can add season passes and it won’t find it by entering the pass number or by trying to find it. Nothing works not uninstalling and reinstalling either. Get this fixed. We no longer have access to our pass perks either!
