Terrible App
I love the concept but the app itself is terrible. My family loves cinergy but the food ordering experience is always frustrating and last night was extra horrible. I couldn’t get the (very long detailed) order to checkout. It kept spinning and then would come up with an error. I ended up trying on two different kiosks before finally having to go to the front desk. Apple Pay wouldn’t work so I had to go back to my seat to get my credit card. I almost missed the first part of my movie. It sued to be so much better when you could add your food ahead of time but now you can’t do that and have to use time at the theater to try to get this awful app to work. I never can use the app to scan the QR code for tickets bc it takes too long to pull up. I always screen shot it and use the photo. The ad in the theater for the app says it does all kinds of things it doesn’t do. There’s not a help button for starters. Really frustrated with this whole thing. We may end up going to a different theater from now on

Our Go-To Theater
My boyfriend and I love Cinergy! It is our go-to theater. It is clean and we love the seats. The service is awesome too. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Mind the Gap
Although relatively easy to buy tickets and choose seats, it doesn't allow you to leave a seat between you and another occupied seat. There are other single empty seats between two occupied seats on the chart.
