Love this place however something has to be done about the sound. Like the movies sound like I'm watching it at home on my tv, not to mention you can hear absolutely everything someone says a couple rows over because it is so low. Also, would love if they just gave us a button to order extra sauces and napkins so you don't have to interrupt the theater for something like that.

The fact you can’t order a coke or popcorn through the app to your seat is just not helpful.
Needs improvement
When ordering food in the theater, you have to keep going in and out of the order if you don’t purchase right away. And, it spins forever when you finally do pay for food, so much so, you have to double check your email to make sure it went through. The UI is awful.
App glitchy
Attempted to purchase tickets to new spider man movie today and app kept giving error, attempted on and off WiFi, once in movie theatre app drastically slows down at times requiring closing app to get to function correctly, if this continues will completely cancel my membership and avoid Cinergy, it’s a movie ticket not rocket science

Terrible App
I love the concept but the app itself is terrible. My family loves cinergy but the food ordering experience is always frustrating and last night was extra horrible. I couldn’t get the (very long detailed) order to checkout. It kept spinning and then would come up with an error. I ended up trying on two different kiosks before finally having to go to the front desk. Apple Pay wouldn’t work so I had to go back to my seat to get my credit card. I almost missed the first part of my movie. It sued to be so much better when you could add your food ahead of time but now you can’t do that and have to use time at the theater to try to get this awful app to work. I never can use the app to scan the QR code for tickets bc it takes too long to pull up. I always screen shot it and use the photo. The ad in the theater for the app says it does all kinds of things it doesn’t do. There’s not a help button for starters. Really frustrated with this whole thing. We may end up going to a different theater from now on

Our Go-To Theater
My boyfriend and I love Cinergy! It is our go-to theater. It is clean and we love the seats. The service is awesome too. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Mind the Gap
Although relatively easy to buy tickets and choose seats, it doesn't allow you to leave a seat between you and another occupied seat. There are other single empty seats between two occupied seats on the chart.
Need to remove “can’t skip a seat”
Just booked basically an entire row for our group except for one seat on the end and the app wouldn’t allow me to purchase my selected seats because I “can’t leave a gap” …
Convenient
The app REALLY needs the option to order food from the app to avoid getting in line.
Slow
After EVERY cc number it would ask me if I wanted to copy paste. Frustrating
Account access
Some of the apps are too complicated if trying to check out as a guess is what a person wanna do there should not be so many pop-ups that make them miss the time slot that they trying to purchase because of all the pop-ups are trying to make a person create an account and if a person has an account and the number showed that it’s already in you at least helped them out where you could click on forgot password or email because they may not remember. Learn how to simplify these apps.
