Great App & Outstanding Theater - Merriam Cinemark
I absolutely adore this theater. My boyfriend and I go at least once a month and recently decided to start going every week on our day off. Staff is great. App is great. Love being a Cinemark move club member too, an awesome benefits. App is easy to navigate and has a lot of legitimately helpful tabs that other company apps don’t use. Corporate number is super helpful and very patient as well.

Extremely buggy
Terrible app. I can’t even sign in it keeps me in a sign in loop even tho my login works on desktop. I also tried reserving seats for a movie, it bugged out, then when I tried to reserve the same seats it’s all reserved because it’s still pending from my previous selection. This happened on two separate occasions with 2-8 seats, so definitely wasn’t someone reserving at the same time as me.

Useless
Can’t ever log in. Just closes log in screen after typing my email/password and tapping sign in.
Smooth and Easy to Use
Excellent app. Booking tickets, selecting seats, and scanning my digital ticket at the theater is always seamless. Highly recommend!
