Dumb fees
I will never pay an online ticket fee.
“Error loading page” on all showtimes.
No showtimes appear when clicking on them. Just shows an error and offers to refresh, which does nothing.
Also, before this issue, would constantly freeze during checkout on the page that tries to get you to buy popcorn in advance. Who needs to do that? Forcing someone to that broken page during checkout is incredibly stupid.
Finally they have the nerve to charge a “convenience fee” when the app is in reality inconvenient in a number of ways, and primarily conveniences the theater by freeing up employees from the box office. Just a little dishonesty to pile on to the general incompetence.

trying to buy tickets to coyote vs acme with my cinemark e-gift card and I can’t seem to get past the “error has occurred” when I click on any showtime for any film. please release a new version of the app that fixes it, thx ♥️

How the hell does this POS app have 4.9 stars!? The website is horrible. Constantly glitching to the point I can’t even check out. I thought the app has to be better. NOPE! It’s just as bad. I love cinemas theaters but for the love of God work on your app!!!!

It’s weird that sometimes it’s free and sometimes it makes me pay fees for the free movie of the month…

Comfy
I love Cinemark for its comfy chairs. I wish our Katy Cinemark was like the one in the Woodlands. Spacious, cozy, and you feel like in your comfy couch. Have I said, comfy enough.? Because it is I love Cinemark. I really like theaters in Cinemark that have the great sounding effects.
It used to work great!
I used this app all the time, but when the latest version came out, it stopped opening up the seating charts for theaters. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it, but now I can't even log in as it gets stuck on the verifying I'm human thing.
