Website/App lags every single time
Terrible, slow and cannot update my payments for the life of me
Doesn’t let my buy tickets!!
I love the rewards program but for whatever reason I can’t buy tickets thru the app. I have to log in thru a browser to execute the transaction! Kind of defeats the purpose of the app, no?
Glitchy and horrible to use
Doesn’t let you sign into your Cinemark account and signs you out automatically every time you close the app so you pay monthly for a cinemark subscription you can’t use. Trash app and glitchy checkout process.

Occasional Errors
This app is great when it works, however I gave it 3 stars because it occasionally logs you out and when attempting to log back in, you will receive an error. I had to uninstall and reinstall about 4 different times within the past 4 months just for it to work again properly.

Fix Payment screen
If you have PayPal as a payment option, make sure you fix your mobile app/site to NOT force credit card information after you’ve already gone through PayPal login and confirmation! Made the whole purchase more stressful than need be! Now I hope I don’t get double charged since it was FORCING me to enter in card information before I could purchase and secure my seats!

Trouble Logging in
For some reason it always logs me out and I have to delete and redownload the app for it to successfully log me in.

Review
$3 charge for online purchase and the theater already charges $5 for water. No wonder people don’t go to the movies anymore just for fun. It is only when a super cool movie comes out.
No food and drinks
Used the app to order food and drinks. It was supposed to be ready 20-30 minutes before the start of the movie.
Or preview start time, which is when we wanted to be seated. We only had 5 minutes to get in and get settled. Then when we got to the seats. Popcorn and a drink were left in the seats not in the holder. No cleaning had taken place in the theater between shows. I’m not a germ aphobe but I do have a compromised immune system due to Lupus. And having to remove someone else’s cups and popcorn made me anxious. Terrible experience. Have a membership but I may be cancelling it soon.

Stupid concept
Why is it when I try to order food I can’t order it 45 minutes before the movie starts? Says I got cut off by show time and I’m trying to order at 1245 and movie starts at 130 but I can’t order it? Stupid
Fix your cookie problem. It’s not my problem.
This is the first App Ive ever encountered that required me to fix 3rd party cookie settings to create a username. You provide an “Opt Out” link that allows me to adjust things, which also doesn’t solve anything. I created my profile easily on the browser, no issues at all. But login not possible on the App.

I had a great experience at Cinemark Fairfax. The theater was clean, the seats were comfortable, and the sound and picture quality were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the entire visit enjoyable from start to finish.
The concessions were fresh, and even though it was a busy time, the lines moved quickly. The auditorium was well maintained, and I appreciated how comfortable the reclining seats were during the movie.
Overall, Cinemark Fairfax is one of the better theaters in the area. It’s a great place to enjoy the latest movies with family or friends, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
