Can’t get tickets
App won’t let me buy tickets unless I buy food. It pauses at the food screen and doesn’t respond when I press “continue”. Going to see film at a different theater that doesn’t require food purchases to watch a movie.

Horrible App
This app constantly has password issues. Trying to fix them is a frustrating circular black hole. Each time I have to delete the app and reinstall it in order to get to my movie tickets.

Trouble signing in
I always have trouble signing in, it loops into authentication and submitting email and password and it doesn’t allow me to log in, hope this review can help with that

Haven't had any technical issues with the app and all relevant information seems to be accurate. Just wish they could honor military discounts on in app ticket buys.
No fees!?
I had fees added to my purchase despite allegedly having “no online fees” with no explanation given.
Login Issues
The login rate is absurd. And someone there’s almost ALWAYS an error logging in so you have to wait hours or just go on their site?

Notification overload
Please stop spamming the notifications. I don’t need daily (minimum) notifications, especially for things like buying popcorn.
If I’m at the theater, I might buy concessions. But if I’m eating breakfast on my way to work at the office, I can guarantee you I don’t want overpriced movie theater popcorn.
