To sign up as a regular customer is a disaster I tried five emails on my Gmail account and none of them happen the worst sign-up platform ever

No menu browse option
The only option is to order now and either delivery or curbside. Most of the time, we are planning on eating at the restaurant later and just want to browse through the menu to get an idea of what we may want to order. Always have to close the app and go to the website so we can see the menu. Please add a menu feature to the app

Prior order duplication
I can pull up a prior order and tell to order again, but the app systematically then requires me to delete each component and re-add. It indicates one dish at a time during the checkout process that the selected item is limited to a specific time frame and can’t be ordered but will allow me to add back exactly the same. Very frustrating process.

Rocky Mountain Lunch
Enjoyed the Calabrian Shrimp Skewers and the Zucchini Stefano with a glass of the house white wine. This was a superb Sunday brunch as I stopped near Cheyenne Mountain en route to the airport in Denver. Oh yes, my server, Aurora, did a wonderful job delivering this meal and keeping my after brunch coffee cup filled. Good job!

Buggy app
I wanted to place an order and had set up everything including a coupon. I decided not to make the order at that time. The coupon expired. Today, I tried to make an order and the same items I wanted were still in my bag. I tried to proceed with the order and was alerted that the coupon expired, and the app would not allow me to remove the coupon nor would it remove the coupon itself. The app would not allow me to move on to the payment information or coupons or gift cards because of the coupon expired alert that I received when trying to proceed. I also got the same alert even after clearing my basket and trying to make the same order all over again by adding the items back to the basket. I had to delete and reinstall the app and set up the order for a third time in order to even get to the payment information again. The app also won’t allow me to add my gift card to pay for the order. Please fix your app.

Gift Card Challenge
The process for loading gift cards is poor. The Dine Rewards site does not properly address cards purchased on line and you want to use them. Card number entry for account balance should be encouraged to promote more sales. I struggle taking the on-line purchase, printing out the card information and taking it to the restaurant for use. Please relook the process.

Carrabbas has been our place to celebrate our Anniversary’s Birthdays for almost 15 years it’s our favorite place to eat but now with my husband having Parkinson’s I can only order for delivery. The food is always wonderful and delicious and it will continue to be our favorite place.
