Camera feature
The camera feature needs to work better on this app. You’re too close. You gotta move to the left hold still it should be a scanned document feature and not a camera.
App efficiency
I keep on receiving messages stating that is “Not Tracking”. Also, what is the point of the app if they check on us to see if we made it to certain location even though the location is set on “Always and Precise location “.

Been working with JB for 20 years now!
I enjoy doing their loads, always as they say and pay good and always on time. I went down now to 1 star, it’s been failing a lot lately. I deleted and installed it few times and still fails on me. Now they are charging 3% for quick pay and they won’t change me to regular pay period. 3% is a lot. I will start looking again but of course will have to charge more to take care of that 3%, if they don’t accept my rates, there are still a few good brokers I work with. God bless them.

Yeah, they can extremely hard on your cell phone to correct information

The app is not bad but it's soo slow to load pages it gets to a point where my phones heat up, my internet data is unlimited and is Verizon's best plan and my devices are the latest from apple and the app is apdated and still very slow and frustrating to use sometimes, also J.B. hunts calls for BOL pictures even though drivers submit them through the app every time they complete a trip and the reason ask for the BOL is because they don't get it if submitted through the app, other than those 2 issues the app is fine please fix those bugs ASAP to make user's life less difficult, thank you.
