Car collected for sales but no money paid yet after two days and no response from cars 24 staffs.
Worst choice and bad experience
In the beginning they treat customers friendly until you pay 1000 dh to hold the car. Which is not refundable. Then they agree with you in certain amount to pay once your loan is approved after that you will hear you need to pay different amount than the amount that shared with you. Then after that they stop answering you even when you contact the customer service they will ask you to back to the sales person again.
End of the story they are not clear honest and trustworthy at all and they are more care about non refundable 1000 dh than they close the deal.

Bad Experience
I am writing as a very disappointed customer. I purchased a car from your platform nearly three months ago, which is currently under warranty. Recently, my car developed an AC issue. I was initially informed by your team that the repair would be covered under warranty and that I would not need to pay anything.
However, when I went to collect the car after repair, I was told I had to pay for the expenses — otherwise, the car would not be released. This directly contradicts what I was promised and has caused me a great deal of frustration and inconvenience.
This experience has left me feeling misled and deeply dissatisfied. I trusted Cars24 to honor its warranty terms, and this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I request an immediate resolution, including a refund of any charges wrongly collected and assurance that warranty terms will be honored going forward.

Worst experience at cars24, I want a refund on my service contract
They are a big fraud. The cars that they sell doesn’t even undergo basic checks and repairs before handing them over to the customers
Just after a week of purchasing the car I started facing issues like low acceleration, AC issues and when I asked them to service my car for which I have taken 3y of service contract with them, they sent a big fat bill of 700 aed saying that the air and AC filters were blocked, wheel alignment issue, low acceleration issue. I’m not even sure at this point if the car was even serviced before handing it over to me
Despite of several calls and emails they don’t even bother yo respond back
Cars24 is a big fraud, I don’t want anyone to go through this which I experienced
I’m going to report them to the authorities

Bad experience
I have here very bad experience with cars 24
I just buy a Nizzan kicks two month back they delivered to me even with out proper check
Once I received car I have notyfi them many options are not working I didn’t get proper answer and always some one calling me they need 5star review
After two moth my car break down and I have called cars 24 after 24 hr they responded Wich is my car in the street break down
The car purchasing time they. Charged extra money around 3000aed they said you should pay this money becouse 1 full coverage warranty we are giving that’s why only I have called them
Once they reached my car they took one weak time to make quotation and sent to me 2000aed invoice
Please note that I just purchased car from there and sent to me huge amount one Mr Vijay was sent me quotation
Same parts I checked other garage they told 500aed including we will fix the issue water pulassy need to change it will coast only 150 AED
Still my car in car 24 they are not releasing my car today they told me that ac fan not working that’s why delay
They are try to making money unnessesary parts changing and 150 parts changing lanes coast is 750 AED which is they two month back put vehicle in my head

Disappointing Experience
I recently went for a car inspection at Cars24, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. After the inspection, the staff behaved in a very disrespectful manner, as if customers don’t matter. The person who returned my car keys did so in a very unprofessional and rude way, without even basic courtesy. He also mentioned the offer price in a tone that clearly showed they assumed I would not accept it – very dismissive and arrogant.
I expected a respectful and transparent process, but the behavior I encountered was far from professional. Definitely not what I expected from a well-known platform like Cars24. Hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving customer service.

Extremely Disappointed
I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Cars24. It has now been over two weeks since they took my vehicle, and I have neither received payment nor any reasonable update. My car remains in their possession, and I am left in the dark.
What’s most concerning is the lack of transparency and basic customer care. Every time I contact customer service about a specific issue or staff member, they simply relay what that person says back to me — no verification, no investigation, no resolution. It feels as though they’re protecting their own team members rather than advocating for the customer. Is there even a management team in this company? Because no one seems to be truly responsible or in charge.
This entire experience reflects a company with poor internal communication, no accountability, and a complete disregard for the trust customers place in them. Cars24 needs to take a hard look at how they’re operating. Until then, I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with them.

Definitely not a pleasant experience
The application process is smooth, but the customer service is extremely poor. Once you book the vehicle and your loan gets approved, there’s no proper follow-up or communication. You’re left in the dark with no updates, and it becomes frustrating.
In our case, we had to go directly to the bank ourselves to speed up the loan process — which worked much better. Their team submitted our application to the bank nearly a month after approval, causing unnecessary delays. If you’re lucky, you might get the vehicle within a month.
Also, they charge a mandatory convenience fee of AED 3,500 and force you to take a service package worth another AED 3,500 (even for 0% loan deals), which makes the whole deal feel misleading.
Definitely not a pleasant experience. Hope they improve their after-sales service and communication

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I purchased a car from Cars24 just last month, and I’m already facing serious issues. The radiator hose failed unexpectedly, and the car is now in the garage awaiting quotes—for the past 3 days. I’ve been left without transportation for my office commute, and to make things worse, there has been zero support or communication from your side.
I also have a comprehensive insurance policy, but it’s proving useless as most parts aren’t covered. This is extremely disappointing. I expected better transparency and after-sales support from a platform like Cars24.
I urge you to treat this matter with urgency and provide a resolution or at least proper communication. This experience has completely shaken my trust in your service

I would like to express my deep disappointment with the service I received.
I had an agreement that my car would be picked up between 10:00 and 11:00 in the morning and returned the same evening, especially considering that your service is closed the next day. I clearly explained that returning the car later than the same day would cause serious inconvenience.
First, your team arrived two hours late to collect the vehicle, which already disrupted my schedule. Second, as soon as the car was picked up, I had to take a taxi to work, wasting both my time and money.
To make things worse, shortly after, I received a call informing me that the car wouldn’t be returned the same day as agreed, but only after several days. This is completely unacceptable and very frustrating.
Due to this mismanagement, you are now simply returning my car without doing any of the promised service. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Test drive was on time, the agent was very knowledgeable and he was able to answers even the questions that its not related to his part of the job.
Harshul the relationship manager assisting me throughout my journey, is amazing as well, always answering even on his off day. And i am surprised how he even can be able to handle me as a customer, because i know myself that i am not an easy customer at all, but still the level of calmness and professionalism, is great and highly recommended.
Big delay from the bank tho even with my ideal banking history, but i cannot make it affect my experience as it has nothing to do with cars24. Before that the service was smooth and fast. And i trust that after bank approval it will as fast and smooth as before

We had booked a test drive slot between 9-10 pm
We reached the jabel Ali cars24 yard at 9:30 after beating the traffic of 30 min
We were not allowed to check the car because of some inventory check/ audit was in progress.
Every persons time is to be respected. At 9 pm we had received a confirmation call on arrival and we had informed about the traffic and had told that we would reach in next 15 min
Which we did
But at the gate only we were sent back
