Fails accepting options every time
This app is so broken. Login flow terrible from the accept grant email. Messes up every time.
Scam
Paid for = Exercised my options and now I can't do anything with them. Took my money and that's it.
Sign on lost
Please please please learn to not remove my stored sign-on info with every update. The app is Ok functionality when in use but not needing access for months at a time every open I go through a password reset because you’ve wiped it
Ads on homepage screen
My company pays you an exorbitant amount of money. Why is my entire home screen an ad for ETrade that I can’t dismiss?
Remove the E*TRADE ad in the app
Everything works well except the annoying E*TRADE ad at the top of the home page that I can’t remove.
Shockingly Inept
Seriously? QA clearly didn’t do even the bare minimum. Just no excuse for an app to be stuck on a fresh install and first use. Unbelievable! And judging by the other reviews, this has been going on for more than 2 weeks!??
EDIT: Oh. You have to do some janky scrolling trick to get it to slide up above the junk at the bottom of the safari controller. Yeah. Folks are going to miss that. Get the web devs to fix this!

Great financial tracking app

Im not able to accept the terms and conditions
Immediately after I login, the app takes me to terms and conditions popup. closing this takes me back to login page and prompts me to do login again. this happens like a loop.

There’s no way to move on from updated terms of conditions while logging into the Carta app!!!!
Log-in stuck at Terms of Service
After log-in & security code entry, app is stuck at new Terms of Service page.
Any button clicked on the Terms of Service page just takes you back to the log-in page & requires you to log-in all over again.
Beyond frustrating, it is starting to cause questions about the security of the app itself.
Please address app asap vs asking users to reach out through email.

Worst app ever
Stole all of my equity
Can’t exercise option and can’t report to support
I think the developers have to actually use the app.
I cannot see where to exercise any options. The online documentation talks how to do this on a webpage using a laptop but not the mobile experience. Also there’s a button on the app to contact Support which allows you to open up a new email. there’s no address to send the complaints through to.

It does not open after hit login button. In iOS app.
