Currencies not visible
To the Developers….
1. Can you explain why 2 of my currencies are not visible?
2. Unable to select more currencies as half of the app options down the bottom of the screen, are unable to be selected.
Can you please tell me how to correct this other than deleting and reloading the app which I am not too keen on doing. Thank you.
P.S. have had this card a number of years.

Poor
Cuts the bottom half off on older iPhones. Refuses to load properly on an iPad. Resizes badly then the buttons vanish.

The app would be great, however unfortunately, every time it updates, it completely offloads the entire app, including removing the card from Apple Wallet. When you then open the app, it gives you a message claiming you are using the app for the first time and have to go through the whole set-up process, including removing-adding the card to Apple Wallet. As it’s not really a ‘browsing’ app, this will almost certainly happen when you actually need to add money to the card in a hurry.
Whereas I understand the security measures, it does really severely limit its functionality.

I always have trouble with this app. It doesn’t engender confidence when you’re overseas and trying to login but can’t. After a few tries I get in but am always anxious that they will lock my account. I use the Apple environment and am used to slick and reliable apps. This one needs a lot of work.
DOES NOT WORK ON IPAD
Your latest update friggen does not display on iPad. How the f am I able to use my card now if I can’t even see the dam thing to top up etc.
Makes travel easier
Having the digital wallet plus a physical card means every situation is covered. I do not have to carry large amounts of cash and I can check my balance and top-up when I need to.
The new app is non functional
The new app does not work! We are in Europe trying to see how much money we have left. P,ease fix it or put the old app back.
Terrible
The app is terrible. Shuts down constantly when I open it and won’t let me top up money. Consistently says error. Tried deleting and re-downloading but nothing works. Awful.

It good to know that you can add, withdraw and move funds easily, convenient and the holder can check their balance anywhere in the world
App not giving notification since last update
Since the last App update. I stopped getting transaction notifications. Yes both my App and iPhone. Everything is turned on.

Very Handy
Been using Cash Passport a few years very handy easy to load and use. Of course there is a fee if you use an ATM as it is a credit card

The app has not been working for 4 days so make sure you top up well before you want to use it . Very stressed and disappointed as I have had to borrow funds while away cos app not working .
