Used this App a while ago and sent money once. It never worked since then. However many times you try it, it just says ‘your payment was unsuccessful’. Waste of time.

They hide transaction fees
It’s very unprofessional and deceiving to not show the transaction percentage fee when showing total transaction amount.
The app doesn’t even have the transaction fee listed anywhere.
Whats the reason you’re hiding this from your users? To deceive us?
Why would the development or managing team think it’s okay to hide the transaction fees from customers and just charge it to their card?

CashGo is unreliable and not a service I would recommend to anyone.
I had a very disappointing experience with CashGo. Their service is extremely poor, and the customer support is just as bad. The application itself is unreliable — you can’t successfully complete transactions no matter how many times you try. Payments keep getting declined over and over, and it feels like they never update or improve their system.
It is incredibly frustrating when you need to send money for your business, family, or any urgent matter, only to be blocked by a broken app and unhelpful service. Overall, CashGo is unreliable and not a service I would recommend to anyone.

These guys don’t even update their app regularly. Once people start trusting them and using their services, they stop caring about their customers. I used this app a few months ago to send money to my family in Ethiopia—it worked smoothly and was easy to use. But when I tried it again recently, most of the banks had already withdrawn from the platform, and the few that remained didn’t work at all. The app is full of bugs. I’m shocked they haven’t bothered to fix them or release updates. Shame on you!

Every time I tried to use this app to send money to Ethiopia, it failed at the last step. Developers need to fix this issue. It’s not rocket science to fix such kinds of simple issues. So disappointing
It won’t let me log in properly and says account not found even though i have used it before

They are scammers, don't use them, they took my money and didn't deliver it. Their phone doesn't work either.

Declines for no reason
This app works maybe 30% of the time and other majority of the time it will not send money as its gonna say payment failed even though your bank is not declining.
Abysmal customer support
The app functions adequately in some areas, but it has significant drawbacks. It does not display transaction history, even when the user is logged in. When I reached out to customer support, the responses were so delayed that it felt as though support was nonexistent. I would not recommend this app if access to transaction receipts is important to you.

It doesn’t go through at times even when you have the right card details its so frustrating.
Account Not Found (CBE)
I’m very disappointed with the app as the CBE account kept saying account not found. I can’t deposit money using iPhone but same account could have a transaction using android phone. Please, fix the bug. Thanks
