Great App with Smooth Loan Process

Cash Now is a very good app with a smooth and easy loan process. The application and approval process is fast and user-friendly. I had a good experience using this app.

I would like to give one suggestion: if the loan tenure could be increased to 12 months or more, it would be much better and more comfortable for customers to repay the loan. Overall, it is a helpful and reliable app.

Account Issue

I deleted the account with my number coincidentally and when I am trying to login again with my number it is showing as account deleted and it is asking to create new account. How should I do that..

High processing fees and high interest rates they are just looting i will not recommend anyone

Very disappointing experience. The processing fees and interest rates are extremely high — it honestly feels like a trap. For just 1000 AED, they are charging more than 200 AED, which is unreasonable. This is not transparent or fair to customers. I would not recommend this to anyone. Please be careful before taking a loan from here.

Hello, I am unable to log in to my Cash Now account. It is showing that my account has been deleted and asking me to use another number. However, I already have an active loan and pending EMI on this account.

Please help me restore my account or guide me on how I can make my EMI payment. This is urgent to avoid any late fees.

Please be advised that once an account has been deleted, all associated data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you wish to use our services again, we kindly recommend creating a new account using a different mobile number. Please note that all new accounts are subject to our standard approval process.

Thanks for giving us this loan option. Sometimes when there is no hope for money cash now is there. But only concern is interest rate is very high try to reduce it more people keep themselves away just because of interest rate

Please be advised that the CashNow application does not currently support modifications to registered mobile numbers. If your registered number is lost or inactive, we recommend creating a new account using your current mobile number. Should you experience any difficulties receiving an OTP, please inform us so we can provide the necessary troubleshooting steps. Please note that while the system allows for up to three registered numbers per user, only one primary number is eligible for loan applications. Thank you for understanding

I was trying to contact the team for long days and it wast not completing.

Its very useful and helpful at critical situations but until this time I haven’t got a processing fee voucher . I am always checking the WhatsApp and app for the voucher.

Quick & Easy!

Definitely very easy. Only downside is the rate of interest and application fee, but I think this is a pretty good thing for people who need money in hand in case of an emergency, also who will be willing to pay it back on time.
