Notification feature tanked the app
The new notification feature has ruined the app. The chances of getting a ticket for a popular show are now next to none. Before the update you had a fighting chance, as tickets go on sale and you would have to be looking on the app to find them. Now everyone (especially scalpers) get a notification as soon as a seat is posted…. Gone in seconds even with your phone in hand. I have seen tickets sold on COT the same seat on stub hub for double the COT price. The idea might have been a good one in the boardroom but has made it a horrible experience.

Glitchy
I can’t tell you how many I times I had to restart my phone because of this app. The app just froze when clicking on an alert and it was unusable for the 30 minutes prior to a show starting. Maybe once the kinks and bugs get worked out the platform will be able to serve its purpose.
Scammed!!
The seller never actually sent any tickets to me whatsoever and I was stuck crying outside of the venue as my group went in! I’m hoping this post will get CorS to respond to my two “support tickets” that I have turned in trying to get a refund. Will keep you updated!
SCAMMED. Beware.
I have been using this for a couple of years and done many transactions. Last night I was scammed on it as a seller. The support team took the position of the scammer and I was out the tickets and the money.

I’ve loved the CoT service for a while now. Been a gold member for 7 yrs. But ever since they made a major app update over a month ago, i haven’t been receiving any notifications, which is really frustrating.
Please fix notifications
Notifications have been flaky for a month. I see a ton of other people complaining about this. Please fix!!! Love the app otherwise.

Buggy software with terrible support…they may be bots. They let people sell above face value and violate their own written policies…THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!

Can’t add payment
When I try to connect my PayPal or add a payment card I get routed to a blank internet page. Same thing when I clicked on app support. I could find no other way to ask for help than write this review. It looks like a good app but this malfunction is making is unusable for me.

App Doesn’t Work
Great idea. I’ve set up an account. Downloaded the App 3 separate times already. Every time I’ve tried to connect PayPal account it freezes. Same when trying to add a CC. Have wasted 2 hours today and have given up. I’m an App developer and haven’t had an issue like this with an App on the App Store in years.

Very slow and buggy. Cant add a card or it freezes. Glad i tried making a post 5 times for no reason. Annoyed enough to bite the bullet on the loss from my ticket.
