Don’t fix it! This new app is awful! Half of the features don’t work, I can’t even see my sell history in the app. Why break something which worked just fine?

They finally improved this app after idk how many years (prob 4 years of it not working) but it’s all good to go now. And the trading is finally back. The app works as it should, and Ticketmaster/live nation should be shut down yesterday for their monopoly and destruction of the music industry as a whole. Everyone and their mother hates Ticketmaster. Atleast COT is still around.

Selling and buying
I have bought before but this was my first time selling tickets and it went pretty good. I like the step by step CGI instructions with only some time delay but it all worked out. Thanks.

Cash or trade sucks now. It’s absolutely worthless. Did you team up with Ticketmaster to make it this bad?? They require a message to the seller but the box to type doesn’t even come up. I hate hate hate this new version. Just gets your hopes up AND DOESNT WORK!!!!!!

Honest Community
It feels like an honest community. You can find great deals. Maybe interact with other music lovers. The thrill of getting a miracle ticket to a show you loved. Maybe my favorite app and has room to grow.
Time
People should have limitations on how long to accept, transfer and confirm. People post tickets and then the tix sits there with numerous people waiting to know.
Cash or Trade is the best app there is for music lovers.

I don’t even know where I ‘d be without this app - certainly stuck with a lot of concert tickets I couldn’t use, and definitely I would have missed some epic shows that I did not have tickets for because I refuse to pay over face value. Love and light to the amazing COT team!

Needs to Be Streamlined
I love that you are offering a platform for people to sell tickets at face value. I wish you would streamline your process and website and fix the issues with the bf old membership. I paid for it for a couple of years and could never score tickets. Wouldn’t even receive the ticket notifications until 20-100 people had already requested them, even when I checked immediately upon receiving the notification. The gold membership seems like a scam for money and many of my music family and friends agree. Several have stopped using your platform all together. I’d love to continue supporting yet would appreciate some improvements moving forward.
