Since nov and cat updated there ordering systems can not purchase parts
Useless for parts
Updates!?
Stop making the updates mandatory! Often when you’re looking for a part, it’s because your machines broken down on site with limited access to cell service and time. It’s very frustrating to have to update and type in vin every time when your just looking for a quick part number

Easy to understand and use
So many problems
UI interface is terrible. Tool listings are difficult to navigate and interpret.
Bugs galore. Sometimes I have to log in multiple times. Other times it won’t res nicely without logging in.
It’s easier to call a Cat Dealer and talk to a human.
Which makes the app useless.

Great idea but needs fixing
Need not to be able to login to the app every single time and authenticate takes up too much valuable time.

Can’t access my sis account since signing up for cat central. Called dealership, can’t be fixed.

On cat central when you look up tools pictures don’t match it’s hard to find things The hand tools and shop supplies catalog is much better look up tool get part then go to cat central order tool with part number
