3D model broken

I’ve used this successfully for 4 years. Here lately my 3D model will not let me select anything. I’ve reinstalled the app and everything. Please fix it! Cannot do my job without it.

Unfortunately it seems most of the equipment i have has crashed. Non of my equipment will update. It starts to update then fails. This was a great app when it worked. It seem as if it’s getting worse not better.

Inoperable

Ive tried and tried again over the course of several months and this app never works on my MacBook Air M1

Worked once…

It worked the first couple times I opened the app. Now I just get the opening black screen with SIS2GO logo. Useless for now. CAT PLEASE FIX, this is people’s livelihood on the line!!!!!!

Continues to be worthless

I know the standard response from CAT is coming….Thank you for your review, blah, blah, blah. Yet they can’t or won’t fix this worthless app. It’s a continuous loop of signing in, signing up and no working pages. What a complete disaster for something that’s supposed to be helping me with my fleet. You should all be embarrassed.

This app does absolutely nothing. Just pulls up the app and stays on the initial screen.

Unusable at best

Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, tried different logins which I know work, it either gets stuck in a login loop or if you manage to get past that and try to download a machine it gets stuck at 90% and will not complete. In the past when it did work everything was mixed up making searching for things impossible.

Downloaded app, set up account but the app itself does nothing, just says SIS2GO, for anyone thats use nethris it must be the same platform just an inconvenient waste of time.

Cat SIS2GO is a great service.

I have a 1985 Peterbilt 359 with a Cat 3406B and it has greatly helped me in repairing that engine. It has a bunch of useful information. Troubleshooting guides, torque specs, step by step repair instructions, parts lists and diagrams. Truly a great and convenient tool for people working on their own equipment.

The updates keep making it worse.

After about 1-3 mins the screen goes white, usually when I’m in the middle of finally finding the part I want. Was better before.

What a shame

I would rather bash my head on the side of the machine I’m working on than use this horrible app. If you have good signal then I suggest just logging in to SIS2 from the web.
