Useless app
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.
Bring back the old app!!!
The old app was better it was easier to understand and navigate, the new app is just an inconvenience it’s supposed to help you with your day-to-day life. Yet fails in every way!! First, you pay 4$ to get a ride if you can even get one, which doesn't give you an accurate timestamp to your location. So you will be paying 4$ just to wait 30 minutes!! Some people have actual lives, a job!! That they have to get to, and you only have 1 minute to get to the bus! I've seen disabled people get charged 5$ just because they couldn’t make it in time. All because the bus driver doesn't pick you up at the location you put in the app. You have to walk a whole extra mile just to get picked up! It's so stressful. Half of time the bus driver doesn’t know what they're doing at all. So not only is it a heck ton a money wasted, but it's just so inconvenient!! Hopefully, they will go back to the old app soon.
