HELPPPP!
Was REALLY liking this app but not if I'm paying to not add anything...
Expensive
The subscription is $15 a months or $150 a year!
Max items to list is limited to 2500 item (with paid subscription). That seems very limiting just for my home collection.
You are also limited to 50GB.
You can export to Excel, so that’s positive.
Thumbs down for not being open and honest about pricing.
Sneaky charge, waste of time
Won’t work
Great app
Better Than Past Perfect
Great app
One thing I’d say is when cropping a picture in general sometimes it glitches the box u crop with and it goes away then u have to double tap to get it back. No biggie little problem I noticed.
Next when cropping a picture for an extra photo u could say to have that’s not he cover photo I wish the final crop would keep the actual size instead of zooming in on it makes u have to guess and check the crop u r doing till u get it right.
Other then great app I’m gonna be using it a lot I love it 5 stars
I
Exactly was I was looking for!

Missing Regions
Response from developer
We've included a number of general cultural regions throughout the world, but we certainly recognize that there are many others! You can add to your list of Cultural Regions by clicking the "+" symbol at the right side of the field. Our intention is not be exhaustive but rather to provide a useful starting list and an example of the kind of information intended for the field.
Very limited free version
No good way to export art
Response from developer
We're glad you found our app useful and understand your concern about not being able to easily export all photos. This is functionality that we are working on so look for improvements soon. We are very committed to making it easy for users to get all their data out. We want to compete on merit and not vendor lock-in. Your data is yours and while we would never want you to leave we also don't want to hold your data hostage.
Great App
Warning: Undisclosed fees ahead!
Response from developer
We're sorry you felt deceived. As you pointed out, others have had a similar surprise which is not good. We will update our description to make it clearer that use of the app is free up to 100 entries and above 100 entries it requires a subscription.
Deceiving practices!
Response from developer
We are very sorry you are disappointed. Our free plan allows unrestricted use up to 100 entries. We make that very clear in the plan selection step of the account sign-up process and on our website. Above 100 entries you must subscribe to one of our plans. The app contains no in-app purchases. We do not include advertising of any kind, sell your data for any purpose, nor compromise your privacy in any way by your use of our app. Please understand that we cannot do this for free.
Well organized and user friendly
Misleading
Response from developer
We are very sorry you felt mislead. We try to be very open about our pricing, make it abundantly clear on our website, and offer a very generous unrestricted free version of up to 100 entries. We do not include advertising of any kind, sell your data for any purpose, nor compromise your privacy in any way by your use of our app. Please understand that we have very real operating expenses running this app and cannot offer it unlimited for free (without advertising or selling your data which goes against our values.) Our goal is to offer an app that has sufficient utility that after creating 100 free entries you would feel it merits our subscription fee. And if not, we make it easy for you to export your data and go elsewhere.
Disappointed
Response from developer
We are very sorry for the experience you encountered with CatalogIt. You are absolutely correct that the app didn't work. We mistakenly deployed a version of the app on Sep 20, 2019, with the "Create New Entry" functionality broken. We scrambled as fast as we could to fix the issue and a new version was released today. We sincerely hope that you will give CatalogIt another try and accept our apology. We were as horrified by the bug slipping through as you were annoyed by downloading something that didn't work. We understand.
