Can’t manage cards through the app
Used to work fine, but for some reason can no longer manage cards through the app and have to go the website, please sort this out.

Used my Caxton for each foreign trip and it works great .
Waste of time
Don’t use these cards! My card keeps getting blocked when I’m overseas. I can’t draw money from the atm or make purchase. Support team either don’t get back to you or take 3 days to do so!!

This app is great for keeping track of your pre paid card spending with real time updates while overseas. Would be even better if it was one of those apps available to Honest mobile’s smart data sim to give real global ease of use
Easy to use.
I use the card and app to pre-load Euro and Dollars when travelling. Very easy to load and use. Secure transfer of money from a linked account is slick. Rates are competitive and no fees abroad.

We have used a Caxton card for the last 7 years as we have travelled to the US and Europe. The app is easy to use and to add money when needed is no problem at all!
Great back up
Love my Caxton card and the flexibility it gives me to top up quickly and control spending. Also like to top prior to travelling as a savings account. Assume minimum £50 top up is to keep costs down.

I’m fairly sure I’ve been with Caxton longer than 4 years, but maybe not quite 100.
I love this app because of the ease with which you can pre buy currency local to your next holibobs in advance. And if, like myself, you know the value of walking into a restaurant already a local bajillionaire, you will understand why I prefer to buy currency before planning a trip there. But, only if the FX rate is favourable of course.
And then, you have the GOAT of all daily bulletins: Mr Michael Brown. He got me through some long years and tough times with his -dry as- attitude to political commentary. I wonder if he’s ever considered a career as a political cartooooonist. Or maybe he’s sould his soul to the JPMorgan Chase bajillionaires across the water. *shrug* … *drop mic*

Support Service lying and not giving valid info!
Called support service to double check if the card will be working in another country I was travelling to and they said it will! When I arrived it was not working although I know and checked everything and the card was working in other countries.

Slick and love the customer service
Since the update I’m see a big difference and I’m really impressed with the UI/UX overall. Big improvements on the app that fit the great service I’ve received when I needed to call in to sort a couple of problems.
Saves money but…
…it’s not accepted everywhere where we’ve been to in either Italy or Spain so we’ve often had to use our normal credit cards anyway. My husband doesn’t even bother trying to use it now and thinks it’s really not worth the hassle and is happier to accept the transaction costs of our usual credit card. Don’t think we’ll be using it after this holiday.

I opened an account a couple of months ago.
I didn’t use it until recently and sent 3 payments from family , sent to me for my dads 80th birthday celebration
My account was instantly frozen when I tried to access the money.
Absolute thieves, and a joke.

Great card great rate easy to use
Great service, poor rates
Easy to use and to top up, but rates are worse than high street so you’re definitely paying for the convenience.
