Holding seeing employed payments
I invoiced a payment yesterday which I really needed a they held it for 24 hours. I had to contact them to find out they were.
And they’re holding it to “protect my account” which is a serious gas lighting. This is incoming payment not outgoing. I don’t need protecting from receiving money thanks very much.
Then it went on hold for another day before they released my money. My credit card payment defaulted as a result.
Slow, mostly automated customer service.
Like all these small banks. Fine until you need any kind of customer service. Then awful.
I’ll be closing my account.
Totally unreliable.

Makes you send docs for moving bit of money around
Every time I try to make a small transfer, e.g. 20 K from one account to another day forced me to send documents. Absolutely ridiculous no other bank does this. Sort your triggers out.

Had a problem with one of my transactions and they would not refund me and they would not step in - go with the legacy bank. This bank not up to par.
