I love this company. Firstly I find it great vale and transparent regarding costs of purchases. Secondly it is safe: card was very easy to cancel when mine was stolen. I also received great support when a restaurant mistakenly charged me twice. I received sympathetic and effective help from some great Currensea staff (thank you Rhys, Jayden and Kiara for your kind help).

I had an issue with an amount on my account. I contacted the help desk and within a few minutes I got a response saying it was being looked into.
