Don’t recommend

Hard to keep track of your balance. If you accidentally switch to a foreign currency you get charged a load of fees by your bank. Not easy to relink a card and waiting for customer service who are the only good thing to close my account and pay off last payments that didn’t go through due to a banking error. Points only worth about 1p a point and unless you pay for gold to get free breakfast this card isn’t worth it.

On 22 May 2026, I gently requested an increase to my limit and Teddie delivered with minimum fuss and great customer service: my limit was doubled easily and efficiently

Decent but frustrating

Functionality when logged in is good, but the app constantly loses your credentials, even when setup to use Face ID. Not good enough for an app of this type.

Not impressed by the language in the responses to this ticket, almost trying to blame me for this.
