Good app.
Good so far
Great help
Is there any way to export the journal entries beyond sending a txt file to yourself for each one ?
Make the app be on android too
It’s only on Apple Store, I want to try it
Good app
Good for actually getting a hold of feelings.
Amazing
This app helps me understand my thoughts and emotions better
Great tool
I have done two years of CBT about seven years ago. However, the skills that I learned were forgotten over the past five years. This app is a great reminder to hone the skill that I had learned in the past.
My review is the truth
This app is absolutely amazing I am feeling more relaxed and better about myself all for free
Like a free counselor
I need mental help I do this just makes it so much easier to get that I love this app so much and it helped me so much I think I'm starting to get ok
Made me cry -good tears
I am in therapy, but it’s just plain old talk therapy. I had heard of CBT but never bothered to learn anything about it. Despite several medication changes and countless hours of talk-therapy over the years, I don’t feel like my depression or anxiety has improved much at all. And I’m so tired of feeling this way. Then I found this app, and started paying attention to all the negative thoughts I’m having and challenging them. The relief was so immediate I started crying. I’m very thankful this app was free because that was what attracted me to try it. I know this app will not “cure” me, but I feel like it’s a heck of a helpful tool. I’m going to research CBT now, and look for a new therapist who uses it. I think out of everything I’ve tried this has been the most helpful.

LOVE it helped a lot!
Love this app it made me think about my feelings and help control them. If u are looking to do so I recommend this app! And set a daily reminder of it so it keeps you on track! 🙂
Thanks
I really love this journal.
Really good to have around
This app has been a method for me to learn to take it easy in life and to document what makes me happy
Some features are not usable
This app would be pretty good if I was able to use all the features. Any of the categories under “choose your method” (when you click the plus button) are frozen. Meaning I can read the description but can’t scroll down to start the activity. “Challenging core beliefs” is one example, but all of the sections are the same. I paid the subscription but canceled since it’s not usable. Once this bug is fixed I will provide a more updated review of the app. They also need to add either a pin or face unlock.

This app is visually appealing, simple and easy, but thorough.
Great APP!!
This really helps tracking your moods and helps you re-think your thinking. Help you keep track of the good and bad moods. Only been using it for two days and I give it a thumbs up!
Does not go into enough detail
I have had CBT before and am also trained in delivering CBT. This app does not explain techniques well enough in my opinion. It misses out the entire process of how to actually challenge and change NATs (never heard them called ANTs like the app refers to them as) and just jumps to the last stage, which won’t make meaningful change. It does slightly go through it in the “core beliefs section” HOWEVER, it takes multiple sessions with a therapist to be able to recognise core beliefs. You can’t just jump straight into it after a couple of sentences brief explanation of what core beliefs are. I also don’t like that it entirely focuses on changing thinking styles and pays no attention to behaviour change which is a key part of CBT. The “ABC” exercise isn’t an actual ABC cycle. Gratitude journaling is used by some therapists but is not a taught CBT technique. All in all, I feel this app could be a great and convenient way to use techniques but it doesn’t have enough depth to be effective.
