Unnecessary and unusable update to taking photos within the app
Absolutely atrocious and unforgivable update to the intaking vehicle process.
The update made to the 360 photos makes the tool entirely inoperable as it has even rearranged the order in which the photos are taken, for example moving from the left rear photo to the right side of the car completely skipping the rear on top of that it’s appalling AI auto labeling of photos and what there of is absolute garbage the only consistent label I can get it to achieve is for the wheels, which is a big duh

Auto photo capture/label
The auto photo capture label feature is not working, says I’m not online but I am connected to both cell and WiFi. Please fix as I have to manually take each photo now and clear the prompt every photo
AI fusion camera is a downgrade
The new camera setup is slower than the old walk around process. I understand the idea behind it, but it’s not ready for prime time. The hit rate for accurately labeling a photo is so low that it is a pain to use.

AI Camera Ruined the App
The new AI camera labels the photos whether you want them labeled or not. It also labels the photo incorrectly 9/10 times. Just put the camera back how it was.
Repair plans? iPad support?
It’s been years and still no iPad support? We’re professionals and would like to use the real estate the iPad offers.. and why isn’t repair plan on the mobile app? Production managers could really benefit from this
Photo Uploading Erros
Making quality changes and good updates. But please fix the uploading of photos. Trying to view it on CCC on a desktop but it shows a red ( X ) on the corrupted photos

camera will not function after update
after the update my camera will not work in the app, I can’t take any photos in the app or scan VINs.
Jumpstart freezes app
Jumpstart estimate function has started to freeze the app 9 out of 10 times it is attempted
App keeps crashing
Every time I try to use the jumpstart estimating tool, the app freezes and crashes. Awful.

We need to be able to select a picture size… can’t upload as many photos as we’d like.

After another recent update everything was fixed and now I can use like we need. Thanks to CCC for being prompt in fixing this!

Love your app. Very easy to work with. Is there any chance that at some point you will update all the animated pics of car parts, into real pictures of the actual car parts? Hoping you will some day.

I’m going to try to focus on the app. CCC has been around plenty long enough to be able to integrate estimating into the app. They’ve been comfy with minimal competition so long that it’s like they refuse to make any attempt at a clean user-friendly, modern interface. Desktop has looked early 2000s for a long time. The features regarding customer contact are so clunky and annoying that most shops don’t use them. It could be SO GREAT. Yet they choose mediocrity because there’s no real competition.
Also, at the end of the day, their ultimate goal is to take our jobs with AI, after using estimators everywhere for their data input. Upsetting all around.

Some nice features but….
Some features are great and you can easily view ROs but you are unable to search by RO and also work orders do not work. I am unable to see any work orders or work logged by technicians. It always shows nothing on the app but when I view on the desktop I can see all of the work done by various technicians. Good start but a lot of development needed.

Decent app
Been using for over 2 yrs now pretty decent app wish ccc one touch could be used on iPad to be able to have full access on apple products not just Microsoft hopefully will have access someday other than that app is everyday use
Repair orders never pull up in search
I would say 3 out of 10 repair orders pull up when searching. Very unreliable, then you can search the same repair order a day later and it pulls up, then a day later it won’t.
