This app is the worst
At least once a month the app demands a password change. Yesterday, I opened the app 3 times and each time it wanted a password change. I use complex passwords. I gave up, cancelled my pickup and moved to a competitor with a functioning app.

Won’t let me manage pickup and delivery orders
This app would be great if it worked. Unfortunately, the button to manage your pickup and delivery orders does not work. It it greyed out. Hoping they fix the issue soon!

I’ve used a laundry service before and loved it. We live in a suburb or Minneapolis and decided to try this service. Very pleased with the app, communication and the quality. Clothes are clean and neatly folded and sorted. We are a family of 4 and the 25 lb bag is enough for all of my kids clothes, all of my husbands and some of mine. I like to hang a lot of my things to dry so I don’t want them put in a dryer. We’re very satisfied with the service and glad we found them!

Okay, but...
I am a veteran of wash and fold services. I moved here and was surprised at the cost in this area for wash and fold. I was really hoping that this would be as great as some of the others I have worked with, but for less money. Unfortunately, this is a case of you get what you pay for. The hamper is relatively small, and the “folding” leaves a lot to be desired. They are supposed to put plastic around the clothes just in case it’s raining but this has been done in kind of a haphazard fashion with the clothes at the top uncovered. As a personal preference I like my clothes to smell clean, however they have chosen to use scent free materials and I’m not going to lie, I miss that fresh clothing smell. Finally, my clothes come back often with lint or pet hair on them, which does not happen with other services. I’m going to keep using them for a bit to see if it improves since it’s new in my area, but if it does not improve this is not a long-term solution for me.
