Not efficient
As an Internet sales rep I use this on the go ALL THE TIME. I run into a lot of issues like chatting through text. I’ll try and access the opportunity button by clicking the name and that button has never worked. Assigned leads never show in internet leads tab. Me and my colleagues will randomly stop getting notifications for texts or certain leads and we have to call support to refresh. It doesn’t sync with current inventory information in real time, there’s inventory from years ago. I just tried to confirm with my client the vehicle he inquired for - I click VOI then VIEW DETAILS & never loads…

Everything to do the Apple Store App. Can’t even reset my password because it won’t submit the numbers and says my info is wrong even though it is right. I’ve typed every password I could remember all the way back to 3rd grade. 🚮 (the extra star is because I know I’m stuck with it.)
Zero Notifications
Will not notify you if you have a new lead, text, or email. Shows no badges either if you have things unopened
One star is 2 too many
Please give me the option to rate negative stars. Always crashes. If you are a dealership thinking about a CRM please stay far far away from this
Simply the worst app
How many one star reviews does it take to get a properly functioning app? You’d think a banner notification would be achievable in 2026. There’s nothing crazier than checking my email to be notified that I received a text, then having to exit my email and open CDK to answer the text,new lead, email, skate. Etc. It blows my mind

Are you ever going to address issues with the mobile version? It was terrible when it did work but hasn’t worked at all for what…??? A year? Kind of important to salespeople

Can you please make this app at least decent? Maybe allow it so that we don’t have to press single sign in and sign on every single time. Or maybe make it so we can actually get alerts that we have text messages and emails instead of it going through our email or phone? Or how about a more usable Home Screen? Or just a cleaner easier way to look up anything. Have you not seen Drivecentrics app? Let’s catch up on the times! Eleads is a joke in general

Falls short
There’s bad… and then there’s terrible. This app is firmly in the latter category. Won’t go into detail about its issues as it’s not my job and I don’t get paid to fix the problems.

Haven’t been able to use the app in weeks, tried reinstalling as well as updating. Screen just goes white when I try and launch the app

I just upgraded my phone and now with iOS 26, eleads doesn’t work. I use the app daily so if you guys could please fix this, that would be great.
Worst app. Horrible CRM
Actually has to be the worst app available. It never works right, it refuses to stay logged in. And doesn’t do half of the things it’s supposed to with abysmal menu navigation. The engineers and developers at CDK I’m convinced are a group of 5 year olds.

Just bought the new iPhone 17 Max Pro and now the app won’t load. Anything I can do?
Non functional
This “CRM” is the absolute worst. It will lead to nothing but lost sales, zero followup and the reps are non existent. Utterly useless unless you plan on selling 5-10 cars a month.

App hasn’t even worked at all since the cyber attack a year ago. Even before that, you could barely text people. Pictures had to be sent one at a time and took FOREVER to upload before you could even send. If I could give an app zero stars, it would be this one

When I first got the app I would get notifications but now nothing
