Waste of Time
This stupid app requires me to take register by comparing a selfie with my passport photo. I did it multiple times, in good lighting, no hat or covering, and the passport photo clearly looks like me. I’m told it’s a 0% match each time. After years of buying Hotlink each visit, I am throwing away this new Celcom SIM and going back to Maxis tomorrow.

Extremely poor registration experience
I’m unable to complete the SIM registration. The passport scanning interface has no guiding frame at all, making it impossible to align the document. Even after capturing a clear photo, the "Submit" button remains unresponsive. The eKYC logic is completely broken. Please fix this bug as it's impossible for tourists to use.

My Goodbye For This App
I can’t believe this app will be deleting this last year, even now after I updated the app, it cannot be open anymore, so sad man, I already like this Celcom Life app since before Covid-19. Haihhh I’m gonna miss this app so much. I already tried the CelcomDigi app and my honest opinion is it’s good but not good enough as this Celcom Life app but yeah what can I say, you guys collab with Digi so yeah it’s fine even it’s not actually🙂🙂🙂
