Network speed intentionally throttled
I hope you can resolve the network lag issue; otherwise, I will switch to another ISP. The same plan used to work fine, but now it's extremely laggy with very high ping. I'm speechless and very disappointed with XOX.
And always cannot send the contast us in app, always call our fill in the blank, even we already done, you need to click again and again, then some time it work, but majorly is failed to send the feedback.

hi , i already topup RM30 from acc A to my xox acc today in the morning but still i didnt receive that amount to my acc , after that i topup RM10 to my acc for the sec time from acc B and yet i still didnt receive any of that money to my acc , please improve this , i want my money to be refund or transfer to my xox acc ASAP. this is not my first time handling this ,before this i receive my money late , about 1 hour after topup but im glad it is working but this time it is not…

Terrible app
Last year my account was forced to quit from signed in mode. And I tried several times to sign up ended up with asking me to remove the old profile and start new, and then I keep repeating getting otp and keep signing up again and again, I don’t know why the app is so weird. Once I chose to start new the web version will removed too..?! Until now I’m not able to log on to my XOX app. This is SO TERRIBLE!!!! FIX IT!!! (No magic word is used in this comment!!)

extremely slow and always no service out of the blue
This app used to not have any problem with me for years till this year it decided to make a lot of problems. the app is extremely slow to load and it doesn't even let me top up. sometimes the data always state no service even at the place I always go. this is so frustrating ! please fix it.
Worse app in app store, I don’t even know how it was approved by Apple.
I think in all my time using a smartphone, this is the worse app ever created and highly likely the worse app present in the app store. Please stop improving, the more you do, the worse it gets. We just want very simple and basic functions that can allow us to do very simple things like buying data plan. You guys obviously cannot handle much more complex functions, please stop trying.
