The Passport app and service is great but it’s be a lot better if Celebrations partners talked to each other
While it’s “probable” that the specials and free shipping offers are there, finding them, or better, if the app knew that, it’d be a lot more functional.
What’s the point of having the app if you have to manually chase down the benefits you signed up for?

Randomly closed
This app has never been great, a bit clunky to use. Today on both my iPad and iPhone it just kept closing down as I tried to buy something. It just flips off. I have the latest edition. I will need to use the web browser or maybe just cancel subscription since most of it is overpriced anyhow. Paying for the convenience of a clean shopping experience is the entire business model, so it’s baffling why the app is just sub par compared to most shopping sites.

It would be lovely if the items you show me, and that I put in my cart, and then try to give you money for, were actually available. Why are items appearing available consistently not actually available to ship?
