Not always easy
Not always easy to use and I definitely do not like your AI chat assistant. I always have problems with that and then I have to make a phone call. So far, usually a total waste of time.

Once again the app 1800Flowers and Harry and David have failed to deliver the items I ordered for family members on special occasions. This time it was Mothers Day AGAIN!!!! they call me the Friday before Mothers Day and tell me the items are not available and they can’t get a replacement item to the recipient’s until next week! Even though the orders were placed and even still show confirmed delivery date on the app. This app is a scam! I paid the yearly fee to get items delivered free and not only have they cancelled orders and not delivered as promised, they also charge shipping fees stating occasions (basically every holiday) are not included in the membership. Don’t waste your money!
How a company as large as this promises so much can not even fulfill their orders is beyond me!

Love Celebtations Passport!
Long before I joined Celebrations Passport I bought gifts from the family of brands. Now with free shipping for my membership fee I can lavish family and friends with even more gifts! I love this!
Don’t pay for membership
Could not use any member benefit and when I ordered the tech support linked to this app was actually outsourced to the 1800 flowers app which could not assist.

Gift Message space is inadequate.
You have a great app and you have great products, but the space for the gift message is ridiculous. There should be no reason why you can’t allow more spaces and lines for a longer gift message. It forces you to write a really truncated and almost weird message with the gift.

Absolutely hate this app
Signed up via Harry and David last year and have not been able to ever get anything delivered without being charged. It acted like I never had a celebrations passport account. Impossible to get anyone to help

I was excited to join, but now every time I place an order it gives some reason why I can’t use discounts sent time by your company. Ex; APP15, Thank20…. Stop sending me these discounts on my next purchase if I you will not honor them!
Also anything I check to be delivered in the month of December is costing me $9.99 or $12.99 add fee! no matter what day I select for shipping! The whole point of paying for the passport was to avoid this.

Awful app **see update**
I tried at least 5 times to make a purchase. The app kept kicking me back to login. Very frustrating. Then, when I tried calling the vendor, the phone line kept getting disconnected.
**Update** Today, I was able to make 4 purchases to deliver to 3 different locations. Signs of improvement?? I’m hopeful.
