Terrible
This new app is so awful. I can’t log in anymore. I’m using the exact username and password and am able to log in using the website but the app won’t let me in. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app also. The old app was better than this.
Worst app
This is quite possibly the worst app out there. How many times am I going to be logged out, have to delete the app, reinstall and re enter my credentials? Perhaps the tech department could fix this? Not sure why we had to change the app when it was fine before.
Terrible App
Clicking anything to allow me to stay logged in, or to remember this device is a joke. I stay logged in for maybe two days, and then it’s a 50/50 chance of either refusing to allow me to use facial recognition, making me use a password I swear is the right one but isn’t, or forcing me to remember answers to questions from 20 years ago when I first created the account. Updating my password is impossible, because once again I created the account 20 years ago using an email I haven’t had access to in about 15 years. In a world of using your phone for TFA, it’s pretty inexcusable to continue using such archaic methods of identity protection.

Can’t even login. I can use the website with my login info, but not the app. Horrible!!
This app is ABSOLUTELY trash!
This app is trash. Ever time I try to log in or get some sort of an error. Can’t log in with password, passcode, or Face ID. Every time I log in I have to call customer service so they can reset my account. My local bank branch wasn’t able to help me. They were getting the same errors despite resetting my account. There needs to be an update fast.

Horrible App
Terrible App. Says Error signing in once a month and will not let u into the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have restarted my phone. Cellular and WiFi. Nothing works. Once a month you can’t access your account through the app for no reason.
App crashes weekly
It seems like each week we are going days without being able to check our accounts. We are switching banks over this

Pitiful app
Since I uploaded the latest app, almost every time I try logging in, I get errors. I have deleted the app and re-installed so many times (this is usually the advice from their help desk!) SO frustrating. (I’d give it a ZERO if I could.)

Always asking my security questions and when I make mobile deposit it flips the camera on side you have to angle it weird the fxxx is wrong with this app

This app is absolutely trash! I’m so sick and tired of constantly not being able to login unless I use the desktop site but it’s not mobile friendly. Switching banks!

Constantly Deleting and Redownloading
I am in a constant state of having to delete and redownload the app to make it work. I can try the correct password and user over and over if and it won’t work even though it will work on a pc. Delete and redownload and suddenly it works. I really hate this “update” as the other app had no major flaws like this

Worst update ever
The mobile app worked fantastic. Then someone in their infinite wisdom decided to change it to a whole brand new app that was new and better. They should’ve left it alone. The app has not consistently worked since the upgrade. You no longer have access to 24 seven banking. Face ID does not work the password you have on file will not work. If you delete the app and reload it, it still doesn’t work the way it should. They should’ve never changed the app from what it was before. It really needs a great massive overhaul in order to work properly like it did before they “fixed” something that wasn’t broken. It’s just like all the other companies out there who say they’re enhancing they are enhancing the user experience when all they do is take away the qualities they had before.

Praying I have dough
Every time I go to log in the app won’t allow it. It always tells me there’s an issue of some sort. I guess I will just continue praying there is money in my account and hope to not write any hot checks.
