Inadequate accounting functions

The app doesn’t have a facility to download a PDF of a receipt (for attaching to warranty) and the only time you can request a tax invoice is during purchase.

far to many friction points - in store customer experience is generally extremely good - this app creates unnecessary friction points, from a company that’s a major shareholder in Grab this app needs to be integrated & upgraded to reflect the brand - do better …

Bad online shopping experience

I bought a watch on the app, and the logistics waiting time was extremely long. The courier also lost my courier, and the app couldn't report the receipt status. It wasn't until I wrote an email feedback and waited a week to be told that the refund would be returned. Because I didn't use a Thai bank card, I was told that I must have a Thai bank card to get a refund. Such a big company, but the shopping app is so rubbish! I don't recommend using this app for shopping.
