App works one in every five attempts. Other than that it is the spinning wheel of death.

Complaint
When doing internal transfers, the amount doesn’t show on the transfer screen so one has to keep going back-and-forth to the account page. This is poorly designed.

Awful iPad UI Experience
What have you recently done to the iPad version of this app? The app used to more than adequate but now the iPad version has an almost full screen advertisement. When I open the app, I want to see my accounts visible and not have to scroll to find them. Further, bring back the format with the transactions on the right side of the screen for the highlighted account as opposed to switching screens which takes too long.

App never works
For the past two days the app has not worked and this is a consistent problem. I would rather choose another bank than deal with this app
2FA doesn’t work
I keep running through the process and it never connects after completing the required step. Updated to the latest version and it still doesn’t help.
Antiquated technology
The site and app are not up to 2024 industry standards. The site lacks user functionality. I would be happy to discuss with someone who would take the feedback as a chance to better the bank and not be defensive.
Takes time
Each check we have to write “Mobile deposit for central one” many times I forgot and check is declined to deposit. This takes lot of time
App crashes
Anyone else having the issue of the App crashing when you tap on ‘bill pay’? Seems to have just started, otherwise 5 stars!!!!
The best
I moved to Tennessee five years ago but still have my Central One. App makes my long distance work just fine. Happy to stay with the best bank. My dad set this account up for me when I was 16 years old and he works at Mass Electric. I’m 57 now! I’ve bought cars and homes and Central One has always been my bank.

Great Mobil service
Very reliable, never any problems. Quick turnaround for deposits of checks.

This bank takes days sometimes a full week to process mobile deposited. Very inconvenient

As I've come to expect with anything related to Central One, this app is top quality. Easy to view balances, make transfers and deposit checks. I like that new features get added. I have never experienced any bugs with this app. Bravo!

Central One is the best. We live in CA now and I still use this credit union. Amazing service and products.
