Cera care have excellent carers who really care for their clients. If I’ve had to contact the office the guys have always been friendly and very helpful. Most of the carers go above and beyond

Love the Cera app and the Cera carers. It is great to know how my sister is doing as I don’t live nearby. I use it every day and it is always very informative
Male or Female
No problems with the app but there are times when I do not recognise the name of the carer who will be attending. It would be nice if, when in the “Schedule” view, the person icon was coloured blue for a male and pink for a female. I’m sure this could be easily done.
I am unable to read my wife’s “Care Plan” due to the tiny text size. The app window on my iPad is the same size as my iPhone. This needs to be changed to full screen to help with reading small font text.

Cannot view
Since the last update I cannot view any notes made by the carers it just continually loads with a blank screen. Tried uninstalling but still the same

Since the latest update a few days ago can’t view Visit Details - nothing loads. Please fix ASAP, this is very important us.
