Isn’t reliable
Constantly having trouble scanning in to log in which causes stress before you’ve even started your appointment, then having to mess about turning phone off/on and deleting app and reinstalling it this all takes time which your either doing in your own time on in your clients time that you should be dedicating to your client I don’t think it’s a good app at all

Very helpful
Its a really helpful app to engage with and do your shifts
Dangerous and NOT WORKING
Medications that have been administered are showing as due!!! This is causing safeguarding issues and double administrations, it will cause a fatality! This morning the app was showing a blank screen when logging in, so I couldn’t even see where I was supposed to be. The app is literally going to cause a death if it isn’t fixed and fast!

This app is trash, A LITERAL TRASH
No notifications
Office has to remember to message you separately via text or WhatsApp as to any changes to the shift no notifications comes up and this gets a bit much when you’re trying to spend time with the Client then having to keep looking at your phone. Should be able to read through other notes that have been left by carers a lot easier.. Just Has way too much on there can be made a lot more simplified like other apps I’ve used.
