Isn’t reliable
Constantly having trouble scanning in to log in which causes stress before you’ve even started your appointment, then having to mess about turning phone off/on and deleting app and reinstalling it this all takes time which your either doing in your own time on in your clients time that you should be dedicating to your client I don’t think it’s a good app at all

Very helpful
Its a really helpful app to engage with and do your shifts
Dangerous and NOT WORKING
Medications that have been administered are showing as due!!! This is causing safeguarding issues and double administrations, it will cause a fatality! This morning the app was showing a blank screen when logging in, so I couldn’t even see where I was supposed to be. The app is literally going to cause a death if it isn’t fixed and fast!

Total failure
This app is trash, A LITERAL TRASH
No notifications
Office has to remember to message you separately via text or WhatsApp as to any changes to the shift no notifications comes up and this gets a bit much when you’re trying to spend time with the Client then having to keep looking at your phone. Should be able to read through other notes that have been left by carers a lot easier.. Just Has way too much on there can be made a lot more simplified like other apps I’ve used.

Bug Report, Keyboard Overlapping UI / Submit Button Hidden
When filling out the "Task Note" the keyboard covers the bottom half of the screen and does not dismiss or allow the page to scroll. This makes the "OK" or "Submit" button completely inaccessible. it happening very often with me. it’s really disgusting
Note section
Please fix the Problems of note section
Better interface
The App needs easy Flow. The task time between split shift. Scheduling problem, interface not user friendly
Needs improving
The rota is not very easy on the eyes and can be difficult to understand. It would also be so much more helpful if we could sync our rota with other calendars like other rota apps.
Keyboard occludes Tasks
When you log in and have to type in tasks , the keyboard covers it. You always have to close the app and reopen before typing in tasks.
NOTES NOT SCROLLING
App is so slow. It freezes when writing notes so cannot complete them. Reporting an issue doesnt work or is ignored.
care
you cant see the notes what the other people have left it doesn’t show up on the app
Upgrade Lock
Set the lock as screen lock as the phone lock is it could be fingerprint face resignation pattern so on.
Thank you
Thank you
Great app
This app has been great so far kudos, can the medication aspect allow one time clicks for all administered medication and one time for refused or other action as against doing it one by one please.
Absence of Notifications
I have been making use of this app for sometime as a carer but on many occasions staff members including myself have had occasions where changes have been made to their shift plans but get no notification from the app and the carer ends up in a tight situation because there is no information from the healthcare company administration or notification from the app. So please, if this app is really about promoting efficiency, this ‘notification issue’ should be among your product managers top priorities.

Freezes
The app freezes far too often on client visits, even if they have good internet service.
Notifications and app features.
No notification feature makes it harder all the time to miss appointments. And miss calculating the appointments. Also it would be better to show appointments for couple of weeks or month ahead instead of choosing daily to weekly every time I open the app.
Biometrics login and distance
Will it be possible to have an option of biometric log in and also to have an option of showing distance and time between service users.
Irene
On the medication section of the app is it possible to just tick all medications together then click on administer or whatever option then submit? Rather than click, administer, submit individually?
When you have a client that has 20 tabs to take per call it gets quite tedious.
Thank you.
