Misleading Grand Tests, Repeated Questions
I wanted to share some feedback because these issues are seriously affecting my preparation.
I recently attempted two Grand Tests on the app. One was titled something like “Novel New NEET PG (as per new guidelines)”, while the other was “NEET PG Mock Test 1 (Standard Difficulty).” To my surprise, both tests contained essentially the same questions, just arranged in a different order. Labeling them as separate Grand Tests is misleading and ends up wasting valuable preparation time. I’ve also noticed the same pattern of repeated questions in the ENDs.
At this stage of preparation, I need exposure to new questions or at least existing questions presented with meaningful modifications or clinical twists. Repeating the exact same questions across different tests does not help with learning or assessment.
Another major issue is the lack of written explanations for the ENDs. Video solutions are useful, but they are often too long to watch for every question, especially with the exam so close. There should be concise, well-written solutions for each MCQ so that we can quickly review concepts.
In addition, some ENDs don’t even allow us to navigate directly between MCQs. Instead, we have to manually scroll through the video to find the next question. This wastes a significant amount of time and makes revision unnecessarily frustrating.
I genuinely love the faculty and the quality of teaching, which is why this is so disappointing. However, these issues are becoming difficult to ignore. With the exam so close, I need a platform I can rely on, and because of these repeated problems, I’m now seriously considering buying Marrow despite already investing in this app.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively. These are fixable issues, and addressing them would make a huge difference to students preparing for one of the most important exams of their careers.

Good teachers ; very poor interface and tech; no excuse now that it’s been 2-3 years
The interface of the app isn’t pleasant; there is no dark mode which most students prefer to use. If you’re watching live video and close it to rejoin again- for 5-10 minutes you’re not able to do so due to some system failure which shows a message that ‘you’re logged into another device’. It’ll take a few minutes to resolve in which lecture and concepts are missed-which is a frustrating experience and a wastage of time. The live video on homepage display are sometimes of a prior date and the window needs to be reopened and refreshed repeatedly for the current live lecture to show up! A suggestion-Kindly change your tech team or rehire a developer ! It will do wonders for your app! It’s really lagging behind other apps

MISSION NEET PG
Cerebellum has completely changed the way I study. The Mission Plan is one of the best features it gives me a clear, day-by-day roadmap so I never have to waste time figuring out what to study next. It keeps me consistent and makes even a huge syllabus feel manageable.
HyperRevision is another standout feature. It’s incredibly effective for rapid revision and helps reinforce concepts through active recall, making it much easier to retain information for the long term.
The app is intuitive, well-designed, and clearly built with students’ needs in mind. If you’re preparing for competitive exams and want a structured, efficient study system, Cerebellum is absolutely worth it.

Bad customer care
Pathetic customer care and response , I had ordered notes which said was dispatched but got cancelled by itself after 10 days there was no update and then when I contacted the noted “customer care” they hardly pick my calls after repeatedly trying for idk 10 times they finally picked it said to what’s app the details of the order and then again ghosted me didn’t even bother to check the msg which I have sent and when I complained again they said they will check and then same no response , this is really frustrating to be honest , while the app itself has many shortcomings these sort of behaviour and professionalism is truly questionable , so disappointing

Need more advanced controls and punctuality.
It would be helpful to adjust the speed by a slider control instead of fixed speed control of 4 options and some videos are so slow that it's better to have upto 3x speed control ,also it is a inconvenience to know the time of class on the day of class it would be much appreciated if we could get time of classes for whole subject at once or at least one day in advance perhaps in app or you could create a group in which only admins can make anoucements including tech team and teachers,

Between average and good for FMGE
First of all there’s no proper relation between the notes and the order by which the faculty teach, it should be in order no compromise should be there. Secondly we are paying extra money to get the notes they are not free of cost, so we expect them to have normal font size, but in the pathology WB its too small. Thirdly the teachers ratio in the lectures are very big, whats the use of that? Apart from this cerebellum is mostly focused on PYQs and PYTs so if someone is going to skip something, then they can’t make it. If some is going to be determined, then it should be a cake walk.

Game changer app

Great faculty poor tech
The faculty is amazing and literally amazing they are really putting in effort everyday . Sometimes the ophthalmology ENT faculty may feel a bit distracted but you see there mission class they are good too. There are just 2 drawbacks one being the poor notes quality and the disarrangement of topics in the notes of many subjects second being the UI it is sooo bad and bland you don’t feel like opening the app . I sincerely feel the team needs to outsource the tech team cause they are really lacking behind in that

Content is good but app functioning is poor
Faculty and there content are indeed very good but app functioning is very poor . I am trying to download a video but taking too much time in processing and still not getting downloaded . Also if we see recorded lectures without downloading them there is too much glitch either in sound or in video and even there are no option to adjust the quality of video playing. While solving the test question which are attempted and got wrong shows my ans and correct ans as well but if a question just show correct ans I didn’t know whether this is my correct one or I skipped this . Kindly solve these issues please. Costumer care helpline support is also not that much responsive

Still Waiting for My Order After 3 Weeks – No Real Dispatch
I placed my order on 6th May 2025 and received a dispatch email on 24th May, but the tracking still shows “Shipment not received from client” even after several days. It’s been 3 weeks now, and the parcel hasn’t even been picked up by the courier.
I’ve tried emailing and messaging the WhatsApp number mentioned, but there’s been no helpful response so far. This delay is seriously affecting my study schedule, as I was relying on these notes for structured preparation.
Please fix your logistics and customer support. Other platforms like Marrow and PrepLadder handle orders professionally. This experience has been disappointing, and I expected better from a reputed name like Cerebellum.

GREAT FACULTY, BACKEND NEEDS TO DO MUCH BETTER
The whole company is gonna lose out of y’all don’t up your game with the app.
1. The recording audio is SO bad. When content creators out there are giving us much better audio I think paid content can give us decent audio. The mic that’s being given to the faculty is such a CHEAP QUALITY MIC. Management do you realise how much you guys are lagging because of this
2. As a doctor who’s worked in backend of marrow, the amount of process the goes into nuances in the app is actually not much. You just need to listen to your users. Why are the MCQ fonts SO SMALL it strains just to read them that I would rather use some other app for it
3. Notes? Horrible take more money if needed and give us good QUALITY NOTES. There’s literally no Point in the notes you provide us because the fine print is blurred we can’t see any of the radiological scans. Your brand ambassador being a radiologist management needs to do better
4. Customer care? A joke they don’t know anything. Anything we ask they say it’s not included in your package, when it actually is.
5. The whole app layout? PATHETIC it’s so hard to find anything we need to ask a million people on the telegram group

The app has improved a lot and the founder teachers care about students
I’ve been using this app for a while, there were some technical problems and issues with device logins etc. despite that, what I love is the commitment and genuineness of the teachers. I also support this platform because unlinke pure businessmen, these people are doctors who’ve created the platform at reasonable prices and try to work on feedback and hence the technical aspects have also improved overtime
